Saturday 20 June 2020
Wellington Cathedral of St Paul

Our first self presented concert of the year has been designed to be unashamedly exciting!

It features two Glorias. Vivaldi’s much-loved work is the most popular musical setting to the Gloria of all time. It is sunny, full of stirring fanfares and musical fireworks. In contract, Poulenc’s Gloria is a gorgeous self-affirming work which is full of humour, jauntiness and haunting music.

Joining us:

Thomas Gaynor — Organists
Ruth Armishaw — Mezzo Soprano

Other soloists to be confirmed
